Operation Green Light

During the 2024 Operation Green Light, the Seminole County

Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is authorized to waive collection agency fees, some as high as 25%, for anyone who pays off their court obligations in full or signs up for a monthly plan.

Those who pay off their debts or go on a payment plan will also be able to reinstate their suspended driver’s license in most cases.
