All of our offices will be closed on April 3rd, in observance of the Good Friday holiday.

Visiting our office? Here are some items you should know. 

Public Notice: Changes regarding construction for Seminole County Courthouse located at 101 Eslinger Way; also known as Criminal Justice Center (CJC).

Major takeaways are:
1. Traffic hearings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday-moved to downtown Courthouse located at 301 Park Ave. Sanford, FL 32771. ***Please do not park in the City Hall parking lot, as they are writing tickets there for parking unrelated to City Hall customers.
(Friday Traffic hearing remain at the Criminal Justice Center - 101 Eslinger Way.
2. Main Entrance for CJC has temporarily moved to right side of the building during the remodel.
3. Jury duty for CJC will take place in Courtroom 1A.
4. Walkup windows are CLOSED during construction. We will let you know when these services reopen.
5. No changes to Injunctions. They remain available at the Annex location at 91 Eslinger Way.
6. No changes to Probate or Juvenile services. They remain available at the Juvenile Justice Center at 190 Eslinger Way.
