Property Auctions

The Seminole County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is responsible for conducting two types of real property auctions: Foreclosures and Tax Deed Auctions.

Our office cannot assist in researching properties, nor can we give legal advice. The Clerk sells property pursuant to Florida Statutes and cannot guarantee a clear title. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or bidder to research the property prior to the sale date.
