County Civil cases involve claims for damages up to $50,000.00. The Clerk’s Office does not provide any paperwork for County Civil cases. You will need to prepare and provide whatever documents you feel necessary for filing your case. If you have questions, or the case is complicated, you may wish to consult an attorney. Please note that the Clerk of Court and Comptroller and Deputy Clerk representatives are prohibited from giving legal advice.
